Karen Dahl assists organizations with a variety of communication and operational needs, including external affairs, internal communication, executive and editorial content, strategic planning, and organizational policies.
For several years, she held leadership positions in communications, operations, and government relations at Jumpstart, a national early education nonprofit. Prior to her work with Jumpstart, Karen was deputy to the communications director at the Clinton Foundation.
She has also been an associate producer with NBC News Specials unit, assistant to the president at MSNBC, and was assistant to the communications director for Vice President Gore’s presidential campaign. She is a proud AmeriCorps VISTA alumna.
Karen holds a master's degree in education from Harvard University and a B.A. in English and French from the University of Connecticut.
